Raised non itchy circular spot on leg

I have a raised red circular spot about the size of a pencil eraser on my upper outer thigh.  It does not itch its just there.  Im 42 years old and I've never had skin problems.  I had one of these pop up about a month ago on my lower leg and it was there about a month and just went away.  Curious what it is and if there is anything such as antifungal cream I should be using.  I dont care to have these popping up every three months they look gross.  Very red almost a cherry  red and dry but doesnt itch.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but if it doesn't clear up it would be wise to see your GP. A friend of mine suffers from Bowen's Disease & has small red scaly areas over her legs which require regular hospital treatment.

Its probably ring worm. Nothing to worry about and easily sorted. you can get it from animals if you have any pets etc. All you need is some canesten cream or something similar that women use for thrush etc. Put it on everyday and it will soon disappear.
