do you find you get these pains more when you are stressed, and they are not as noticiable if you are busy or not concentrating on it?
I am 42 years old and have had these pains on and off for over 20 years. They can lasy for months or weeks and thgen go away for months and weeks.I get them all over my body. I do notice that they get bad when I am stressed and the more I think about it the worse they get. The good thing is in all these years they have never got worse, just worrying and annoying.
You might also consider Lyme Disease. It does indeed exist in the middle of the country, despite the myopic view of the New England-centric ivory tower researchers. It can cause random or migrating muscle pain, chronic neck and back pain, breast pain, and many other symptoms. It is not just a rash and a swollen knee. In fact, at least half of Lyme patients don't get a rash and about as many test false negative on blood tests.
Check out lymedisease.org or ilads.org for more info. You are welcome to come give us a history on the Lyme forum and ask for feedback to see if it's a possibility. It's a very supportive group.
I have these same symptoms as you what have you found out since your last post? The pain in the breasts is new to me lately, I have chronic neck and back issues but I just live with it probably have let it go to long. Let me know your diagnosis.
