Pulsatin vein/ Exhausted feeling

Hello Doctor,

I am 34 year old, 168 pounds, 6 feet. I am always feeling low after morning time. It feels like I am fully drained and have no energy left. Doctor did blood test and everything was normal. I feel is it blood pressure? when I check my BP in stores it is always low kind of in optimal.
From last few weeks my vein or artery on my right side of temple is pulsating/throbbing and now feeling little bit of pinching pain. Please let me know what should I do for low energy and pulsating artery.
Your help will be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

What kind of headaches do you get?  You say a throbbing on your temple...  does it get better when you take aspirin or Tylenol?  If this "headache" is always there, it could be caused by a pinched nerve in your neck.  Are your teeth okay?  If you have a bad tooth it can cause pain in your temple also.  - By the way, if you do have a bad tooth it can cause heart problems.  So see your dentist to take care of it - it could be the cause of all your problems.

Thank You for your comments. I will start taking Cod Liver Oil tablets. I am taking Multi- Vitamins of Jamiesons. I checked with doctor he says reports are normal, but I am pretty confident it must be some thing with blood pressure. Thank You for your help.

You might want to try taking some Cod Liver Oil to thin your blood a little.  It will also give you some energy.
B Complex vitamins are especially good for energy.  You might not be getting enough vitamins in your food.
Some of the food has been modified and it doesn't contain the nutrients we need.
You might ask your doctor if you need more vitamin D also.

     Wishing you the best...
