Restless Legs

I am writing under undiagnosed symptoms because I couldn't find a relating topic.  I get this feeling in my legs where I really really need to stretch them and move them about, especially at the ankle.  Sometimes it won't even let me sleep!  It's a complete powerful urge to move my legs, so powerful that I don't have control on it.  I had looked it up once, and came up with RLS (restless legs syndrome).  When I move my legs, circle my ankles etc, I do get a temporary relief, but then it makes you want to move more, like an itch-scratch-itch thing ........very difficult to end.
Has anyone experienced same??

Definitely go see a doc. I've had similar problems and have been helped by taking magnesuim and potassium.

Your symptoms sound so familiar to mine. I am continuously switching positions and moving my legs because the tingling drives me nuts. I was recently diagnosed with RLS. I'm on 0.5mg of Klonopin at night. It helps quite a bit. It will help you to sleep also. I would suggest you see a doctor to find out if this is the cause of your problems. Good luck!
