Scard, need help.. Unknown and untreated diagnostics

I am 37, 5'7" and about 185 pds.
Since June 2010, I have been going through tremendous physical pain
in my hands, wrists, arms and feet, ankles, lower and upper legs,
unable to stand or walk after about 1/2 hour of activity, seems like red blood spots
all over my feet and legs and sudden swelling
on my arms and legs, difficulty breathing at times and no one seems to know
what I may have and I need someone's help.

The doctors just wont say anything to me, no idea or suggestions at all, and I'll be honest,
I'm sometimes affraid for my life and my family's care.  Please someone help me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Well, joint pains with rash or petechiae (blood spots) can be seen in SLE, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, polymayalgia rheumatica and chronic fatigue syndrome. Gout, though typically affects the great toe, can cause multiple joint pain with rash. Hashimotos Thyroiditis is another possibility. Hayfever and rheumatoid arthritis too should also be ruled out. Crohn’s disease is another possibility.
Another possibility is reactive arthritis, which could have occurred in reaction to something—in this case rash. In this case you need to rule out the cause for the hives or urticaria. Urticaria is usually triggered by allergens, such as drugs, foods, insect bites, inhaled substances, in response to sunlight, cold, heat, stress, exercise, or a viral infection. Other common allergens are pollen, mold, dust, pet dander, or cosmetics. Food allergies like to gluten and alcohol too should be looked into. You may need to consult an allergy specialist.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis. Take care!

Dear Doctornee, Thank you so much for your ideas and professional thoughts, they really mean a lot to me..

I was hospitalised for over 12 days from july 8th to the 20th, went through every testing and met every specialists imaginable. 12 days of Blood testing, EEGs, radiology, Sonographies, nuclear medicine scanning, microbiology, muscle electric shock testing, etc.. Exept Allergies thought,  But could allergies affect me so suddenly and so severely like this, that I cant walk anymore, I cant stand, and all these very painful things that I am going through usually lasts about 2 days, then it settles, until my next activity or what ever that will break me down again.

But the worst of it, I went through it all, and the doctors after 12 days never told me anything, I still know nothing that's why i'm so scard now...

I have been like this since June.. Even now, my forarms are swollen and its extremaly painful, my legs are a little less painfull then yesterday, but still a little swollen..

I just don't know what causes it, what time it started (like if i touched or did something that might have triggered this) I just dont know anything, and me and my wife are getting extremaly scared..  Do i have a type of cancer or other fatal disease, will I be like this for the rest of my life, will I loose my mobility and other things like that..

I know that I may sound like a crazy paranoid kid, but i'm just scard now and I would love someone to give me an idea of what can cause this horrific thing and will I die of this thing, because of my terrible fatigue as soon as I touch something for about a minute, and I can barely breath.. I NEVER had this type of symptoms in my life.

Thanks for the responds and I really hope to hear back from you who might possibly know something.

Thank you again..

Do you have a history of cardiac problems ? Does anyone in your family?  Sounds like circulatory.  Keep trying to find a physician that will listen to you.  I hope you feel better soon and keep me posted.

Honestly, I would go to the hospital and asked them to admit me and find out what is wrong.  Not being able to stand or walk after 30 mins. with difficulty breathing is not normal.  If they refuse, which they shouldn't, then I would go to a hospital in a larger city.  They have more exposure to difficult health problems and better equipment/personnel than the smaller local hospitals.

My step dad had pain in his legs and difficulty breathing due to clogged veins in his legs.  100% blocked, very dangerous.  he was at high risk of blood clots and heart problems.  I don't believe he had problems with his arms, wrists, or hands.  I would imagine that when your heart is having trouble, the extremities would suffer.  I do know that when your having heart issues, your body starts swelling, unable to get ride of the fluid.  I know that fluid can build in the lungs and feet swell.  I am not a doctor, so I'm not telling you that its your heart.  There are many things that can cause swelling and pain but I would recommend that you not give up because they can't find anything.  Keep looking.  Get demanding if necessary.
