I wish I could post a picture... that would really help explain!
Anyway, normally super healthy, holistic 35 year old woman... Over the past few years I have had random asthma (not diagnosed) attacks but almost every single one was either 1. while I was sleeping or 2. right when I woke up in the morning. I usually take a primatene tablet to get through it and most times it won't happen again for weeks or even months.
Anyway, had a mild attack Thursday morning. Took a pill, made it through. Then Friday night I had the most severe one ever and felt like it was the end! Middle of the night, sat on the edge of the bed for 30 minutes trying to get control... it was so severe I woke my grandmother (I was staying at her house) and actually asked her to call 911! I have never done that before. After looking for her phone I told her to wait and we went to the emergency room.
Inhaler prescribed, I'll get tests with my regular doctor soon.... seemed to be all taken care of.
Then I wake up from grandma's and have what look like gigantic mosquito bites all over- neck, arms, legs, ankles, waist, stomach..... then my uncle and grandma said they look like hives. Ok. Hives. Apparently I am having a severe allergic reaction (can't identify anything different that I ate or encountered)
Finally my actual question. Sorry, I always tell the back story.
About four of these large red, raised areas have blistered, with the one on my ankle growing to the size of almost a dime!! They itch (all of them) though I try to avoid scratching them..... Any ideas? For treatment? If they are not better soon I will go get them checked out. Just wondering if it is SUPER URGENT to where I should go to urgent care...?
Thanks for your advice and insight!!!
