Temple area throbbing & throbbing in rear clavicle area

I have been feeling a sort of throbbing sensation in the temple area on right side of my head. Simultaneously a throbbing in my rear clavicle area of the right side shoulder blade. Happened few times for last few years ( I'm 62 now). Recently more often few times a day. Can be during activity or not, working, or sleeping. My off hours I always stay in shape, general conditioning lifting weights or cycling (spinning in winter) and riding for fitness or racing many miles on a road bike. The sensation happens only few seconds, its scary; isn't painful but make me think its an aneurysm or something similar. I don't get blurry vision or any other side effect. My primary told me its stress manifesting itself similar to others get a twitching eye etc. Any possible answers?
