Severe tiredness

My job is very stressful, so this could explain the usual spell of tirdness which I normally recovered from over a weekend rest or after taking a few days of holidays. However, since end of January 08, I have been constantly tired. It started on the first day of my holiday when I suddenly felt I was aching all over, like when I got a flu. I took a hot bath and went to bed early that night. It got a little bit better the next morning, but back to same condition from that afternoon onwards. 3 days later, I could not eat for 2 days because I felt very very full, and I threw up twice. This went away by itself, but the tiredness continues, until now. It is actually getting worse. All my muscles are aching. I had taken Panadol and Tynenol but not much help. One week ago, pain started in the right upper abdominal area, below the rib cage.

Have you seen a doctor? Many of the symptoms you have could be related to trouble with you liver, pancreas, spleen, stomach, or gallbladder...Watch for yellow stools, brownish urine, or yellowing of your eyes...If any of these occur before(or after for that matter) you see a doc, go to a medical clinic or emergency room as soon as possible...Hope this helps...
