Shaking, weight lost, Bad Adominal Pain.. Help

Hi guys i have been having this pain in my adominal area for about now 5 days. I just woke up one morning and had the pain. If you are looking down at yourself its at bottom somtimes left, somtimes right side. Its hard for me to decide what side it is, probaly right more? Other things: I have had almost no food, like 4 jalapeno poppers (Bad idea) and a couple of bites of a sandwish and burrito. (The thought of food or smelling it makes me feel sicker) Have had: A bad Headache when i woke up today, so bad i went back to bed, i had dierra on the second day i belive. I am shaking a little all the time (Not sure though if this is from low blood suger) Its also wired i have had my heart area beating really fast at some points, and sharp pain form there. (not at all times its random) I just ate and everything hit the fan again, i was feeling a tad better until middle of day, now its painful, and i am stiff. I am 23 now, i so drink about 1-2 times a week, i had quit smoking for about 4 months i am slowly starting again. (story) Never had any thing like this before, first time. I just went to the bathroom and my feces very dark, and one was  only way to discribe it is "Ball of Yarn" or "Small intestent track in body." It also was hard to go, but i have no had any food at all so i am not sure if that is why? The pain gets worse with activites Like at my Starbucks job the other day i was dying but trying to hide it. (Didn't work) When i sit/bend down it gets worse. This is driving me crazy i have to work all day today from 8Am-10pm.

More about me: I have asthma, depression on Bupropion 200 MG twice a day (Dosn't work worth **** though) I am Very light, i am 6' tall and weigh or should say DID wiegh 122 before this now i am around 115ish, Also got checked for Marfan syndrome (my rib cages um one side is sticking out longer then the other). I would appreate any input, thanks. Brian

Thanks so much, i know its not aids (Never have had sex), and before all this started i finally started on a good food schedule with at least 2 meals a day and a small snack. So i don't think its Anorexia nervosa.

Forgot to add if i don't eat at least i don't feel the pain as bad, after i eat or try to eat is when i usally pay for it. So random though today i am going to not eat and see if i still get the pain in adominal area and or chest area...  Right now just a sore, and somwhat Nauseous, and my stomach is making noises and gurgling. It feels like its getting worse again.

Whipple’s Disease i guess sounds the closest so far at least to me. Other day sat in the movies with dad, holding my stomach, started bad espcally when dad offered popcorn to me and i smelt it the whole time. When i got up my knee was so stiff and sore, i was limping out a little and my back popping and craked when i got up for a bit.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
You either had food poisoning or have IBS or celiac disease. There is a chance you have liver involvement.
Regarding your weight loss: There are many causes like worms in stool, depression, anorexia nervosa, AIDS, cancers especially colon cancers, drug abuse, infections and loss of appetite. Loss of appetite can again be due to certain medications, drug abuse, depression, AIDS, acute and chronic infections, cancers and hypothyroidism. Either you do not eat well or there is increased metabolism as in hyperthyroid states, HIV, cancer etc. Poor absorption as in irritable bowel syndromes and malabsorption syndromes too is possible. Malabsorptin syndromes are seen in intestinal tuberculosis, HIV, tropical sprue, parasites in stool and Whipple’s Disease.
I have enumerated the possibilities that come to my mind right now.
I would strongly recommend you to see a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system). It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
