Small lump on back of head, when squeezed leaks fluid!

I've had this small lump on the back of my head right on my hairline from the neck to my head.  This lump has grown in size over the past couple days and today I squeezed it and some sort of fluid came out.  It wasn't like a pimple kind of fluid, there seemed to be quite a bit of fluid.  When I don't touch it, it still hurts and is a constant nuisance.  I've also found smaller lumps on my head that don't seem to have fluid after I started wearing this new hat I brought.  Here's the picture of the lump on my hairline.  PLEASE HELP!

It's nothing to worry about.  It will go away.  Its just a plugging of a folical probably.  The more you squeeze it and the more you mess with it the worse it will get.  Also, it may get infected.  Make sure you wash your head back there and change your pillow case on a regular basis.  Also, anything new introduced to the area could cause your body to react like the hat.  I have had those a number of times on the back of my head in that exact spot and I get my hair buzzed there so it's really annoying.  But, don't worry whatever you do.
