Falling

I am a 61 young old women . In the last few years I was falling maybe 3-4 times a month. Now I fall at least once if not twice a week. Sometimes my husband gets mad at me. It's not like I want to fall. I had an MRI of my brain and everything was fine. I do suffer from alpha-1 but there is nothing that I've read so far that could be a  contributor factor. I have broker my foot, leg and knee in the last few years. My doctors said don't worry about it your fine. I don't get dizzy or anything like that. I just go down . Now last night I fall and went down on my hip pretty hard. I'm waiting to see if it feels better later today. I just called her last week because I fell on the same side but I used my hand to break the fall . I felt the  jolt go all the way up my arm to my shoulder . Any ideas as to what is going on ???
