Strange bruise on my hurted foot

Before I went on vacation to Disney I hurted my left foot, one of my kid's toy fell on my foot and I had a bruise, I applied bruise cream and it was fading, but at Disney when I wore my sneakers the bruise went back, for the next two days at the park I wore flip flops and it was fading again, and the last day I went back to my sneakers and it went back, it has been two weeks since I got back home and I have like a thick vein slightly poping out and I feel like a strange sensation, sometimes could be tingling and sometimes just a little num, what could this be, I am afraid to wear sneakers again, even when I wear socks at night  is like the bruise is starting to come back, I have some old ones that they are really loose and those are the ones I am wearing, the bruise happens at where the foot bends on top, what is happening to me?? Thank you.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
In all probability there is a localized collection of blood or hematoma. When you wear sneakers, it presses the area down and you feel that the bruise has disappeared as the blood is pressed away. This reappears once the pressure is lifted. Usually this disappears by itself. However at times it may need warm compress, anti-inflammatory drugs and may be application of a crepe bandage.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
