Thank you for your response. I'm not so much wanting a remedy as much as just to know what it might be because I have NEVER had this! I haven't been sick that long nor have I been coughing that much. It feels exactly like I am being stung by a bee but VERY painful. I have started just noting when it is coming and pushing my shoulder blades back and it seems to halt the pain. Mostly I was just curious as to what it was.
This happens to me too when I have a cold for a long time that causes me to cough frequently. It's not so much painful to me as it is annoying. I don't know what you can do about it though.
Well....I'm no expert for sure but I didn't so only because I have no fever, no pain in my chest and am pretty much getting better steadily. Just the horrible stinging pain at the top of my back almost at the base of my neck. It's just so strange!
I am not a doctor, but could it be pneumonia?
