Strange Symptoms Still No Answer. Anyone?

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Undiagnosed-Symptoms/Very-Strange-Symptoms/show/1576753#post_7160825

The link above is the beginning of my sad story. I am still here, but my condition is getting progressively worse.

I have immense pressure and burning pain in my left ear, and yet the ear canal is not inflamed. I can't breathe in deeply since something clicks in the left ear and it delivers much pain. Gums are inflamed as well, whenever I brush teeth lots of blood coming both from gums and tongue. I keep spitting mucus, oftentimes with blood (the blood is dark almost black). The right ear also clicks, but does not cause as much pain.

I have started to have much pain in chest, although it seems like it is a muscle pain rather than. Random muscle pains added to the back of arms (the ones you get when you have a flu).

My neck is stiff and there is some odd pressure that I can't explain. It keeps clicking in a very weird way. I can hardly sleep at night (even if i take antidepressants, night pills, and pain killers). I fall asleep fine, but then i am almost constantly aware that i am not sleeping, and I keep waking up. Strangely, the most pain I get in arms and legs at night. Sometimes, I wake up and get this weird foot against foot jerking (somewhat like Restless Legs Syndrome, but just for 3-5 mins, annoying and painful though).

The most pain and it is concentrated is in the neck, ear, and jaw/gums area, it is never giving me break, once in a while when the pain subsides to bearable level the mucus starts running like crazy on the back of the throat and it has both yellow and white patches, most mucus looks and feel like clear gel gooey stuff.

I am desperate, and I start entertain the idea of a suicide more and more, but then it pains me to think about my son and relatives, they are the only reason, i am still suffering through this.

I have been to Israel clinic (it was awful)

CBW (test normal)
HIV (negative)
ENT (looked inside throat and told me to drink more water, so much for 400$ exam) I drink 2-3 liters pure water a day, nothing changes, in fact I am not drinking anything other than pure bottled water.
Pathetic.

I have gone back to Thailand (they did find the mucus and throat strange), and gave me Azithromax, finished the course to no avail and they told me to try another Antibiotic (without even making a mouth swab). It did not work either.

Whatever it is, it is messing with my nervous system and it is creating major pain.

Ironically, since most doctors kept telling me it is all in my head, i decided to record the clicking sound in my ear by placing a phone next to the ear, you can hear loud clicks every time I breath in and breath out.

I am lost and do not know what to do? Ideas? Moving around and going out has become a major problem due to muscle pain and head pain.

Thank you, I will definitely look into it.

I am more concerned about ear and head problem, and recent weakness (which is one of the worst ones when you get a flu). Weak like I am 90 years old (i am 33 and used to be healthy and happy :).

I am off to dentist this week.

Once again thank you.

All the best to you,

Dmitry

Well, not a stranger to strange painms myself...first you must rule out, your dental problems, which sound like a case of severe Gingivitis, which can cause other severe strange symptoms to your body...do take care of that FIRST...SINCE THE teeth are connected thru muscles, nerves and roots with your ears, nose, and eyes, and head...

so if you take care of your teeth and gums, maybe, you can elimanate other pains around your body..first because if you have severe gingivitis, which is in itself, bacteria that can cause a lot of havoc in your system...

hope this helps you out...

do take care and hope soon you find a good dr that can help you get well...

take care

Just to add a note, the ear pain has both dry and wet feeling which varies at no particular pattern. When the ear has a dry click, it is much more painful, when the feeling is wet, like if there is liquid the clicking is also somewhat wet and it does not cause as much pain as it does when it is dry clicking. I know this sounds crazy, but that is what it is. Clicking does change depending on head position (e.g. standing, or laying down), but the pressure and burning pain is there. If i do not breath in deeply or open mouth the clicking does not happen, but the burning pain and pressure is always there.

Ever since all of this started, i have never had a problem with hearing, it remained unaffected.
