dizziness/headaches/nausea

My daughter has been sick since age 13 - now 19 and suffers from headaches, that cause dizziness then the feeling of needing to vomit.  She gets reoccuring ear infections.  she is trying to plan her wedding and is sick of feeling sick.  Doctors said she may have PCOS but it has not been diagnosed and they keep telling her she wil have to just deal with these symptoms.  she also get abdonimal cramping and loss of appetite with these spells.  Sometimes she gets it where they last for days other times just a few hours.  She suffers from anxiety but these symptoms go way beyond that.  Can somone out thre give me some advise?  We need to find a doctor who will look beyond the symptoms.

YOu might also want to look at meniere's disease.  My mother has it and it sounds very similar.  Watch for if it to see if it happens at the same days during of her cycle to see if it is hormonal.  Watch to see if it happens predictably after certain foods to check for food allergies.  She should always blow dry her hair, and use "swim ear" after swimming and showers.  Studies have shown this helps tremendously!  Always clean her shower with a lysol or bleach product anywhere her head will be under water to eliminate any extra germ exposure.  She should use antibacterial soaps and very little perfumes and then only natural vanilla and pure essences.   Hope this helps.. hang in there.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If your daughter is getting recurrent ear infections then she could be suffering from otitis media and you should consult a good ENT specialist for this. Taking care of her ear problems will control dizziness to a great extent. Apart from this, check for acidity, anemia, diabetes, hypoglycemia and cervical spondylosis. Postural hypotension too should be ruled out. Please consult your PCP for primary examination and investigation for all causes of dizziness followed by proper referral.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
