Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Drink plenty of water and cut down on caffeine. Consume foods rich in zinc, such as nuts or fish; vitamins A and C rich foods, such as carrots and citrus fruits and milk; protein-rich foods, such as eggs. All these help to reduce the stretch marks. OTC lotions and gels are available to apply on the stretch marks. Ask your skin specialist to recommend one best suited for you after viewing your stretch marks. Exercise to tone up your muscles. This will tone up your skin too. Gentle stretching exercises will also help. Consult a skin specialist once. Avoid sudden weight gain and weight loss. Test your thyroid level once. Take care!
I had the same problem when I was your age. I had really dark purple stretch marks along my lower back and across my butt. I thought they would never go away. I exercised regularily and ate healthy and didn't gain any weight and they went away after about a year. You can get stretch marks from weight gain, but they can also become visible after weight loss. At your age, I would assume they will clear up on their own.
If you use coco butter or the lotions for them
to go away sure ,

Sorry to say that stretch marks are scarred skin. Scarring fades with time but does not disappear. There are however some good natural oils that will assist them to fade like rosehip, emu and advocado oils. Cocoa butter is also effective in tis treatment. Visit your local healthstore - they can help u there!
