My 3 Year Old Has Stopped Eating and Complains of Neck, Back and Stomach Pain

My three year old has not eaten more than literally, a couple bites of food each day for the past week and a half.  She has been complaining that her stomach hurts but has had no bowel issues, says that her back hurts and her neck hurts.  When we ask her to eat she gets very emotional and says she can't, she's full - even though she hasn't eaten anything.  Last night she developed a fever of 102.2 which went away after two doses of tylenol but has otherwise shown now outward symptoms of being "sick".  Should we be concerned about the lack of eating and what could be causing it?  (We are, just want to know if it's justified.)

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Yes, please take your child to the pediatrician. A three year old with loss of appetite, neck and back hurting and a high temperature could be having a viral fever, a bacterial infection or even meningitis (especially because of neck pain).
It is beyond the scope of net to give a confirmed diagnosis.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Of course you should be concerned!  It could be anything from the flu to leukemia.  Take her to the doctor.
