minor ache under lower rib cage
hi,
i have this minor discomfort under lower rib cage from months now.
it has never been to painful to go running to doctors, but i'm starting to worry.
i will go next week, but if anyone has initial indications o suggestions of what it could be, i'll highly appreciate it.

It sounds like it may be gall bladder trouble, its best to get a hida scan and have it checked out at. Low fat diet may help , no evening eating after dinner, eat early .some foods can trigger it especially fatty foods, likewise alcohol..Drink lemon water that helps ease pain which can be severe, tea made of flax seeds can also help .put Gall bladder into the search engine you can obtain a print out of foods you can eat and ones to avoid .good luck
