Suspecting MS, new lung symtpoms

I am on a long diagnosis journey with my doc. I have a whole list of symptoms that have made her believe it could be MS. I have a neurology appt soon. The last week I have had new symptoms. Two of which are a heaviness (hard to breathe) feeling the first few hours after waking as well as pain in my right chest. Any ideas?

MS diagnosis is an extremely long process, which may take many years to confirm.
With the limited information you posted, it is not possible at all to link to MS.
It could be an underlying pathogenic infectious condition, such as a mycoplasma infection and any of its co-infections (Babesia, Borrelia, Ehrlichia, Bartonella...), which are notoriously difficult to detect and most doctors know little about.
Could you post a brief medical history, including your list of symptoms, tests for deficiencies and any recent lab results?
Best wishes,
Niko

I could just be a deficiency, many times the last thing Doctors check..
