Why does my head always hurt in one way or another???

The right side of the back of my head really hurts! It feels like somthing os digging into it but the pain keeps fading and coming back slowly and hurts more when I lean up against the thing on the head of my bead. My head always seems to hurt in some way. Some days it feels like there is somthing compressing the front of my head other days the side and alot of day I can't explain how my head feels but it feels weird. It doesent stay long enouph to explain how it feels! But right now my right back side of my head really hurts and my right eat just started feeling lime it's full of water and has pressure pushing up against the whole right side of my head it's fading but I can still feel it. Could this all be related to me always feeling lightheaded and standing up to fast all the time and how I think I may of blacked out the otherday??? Why does my head always hurt in one way or another???
