thank you i have been out of school for a while and just recently started back so that probably is it. im feeling better today anyway, i woke up in the middle of the night and threw up quite a bit and i feel almost back to normal.
I feel your pain, but I know the problem. A bad sleep schedule will do this to anyone, try to get on a decent schedule. I recommend taking melatonin, and all natural sleep aid, your body actually naturally produces this.
