lots of symptoms.. need to figure out what im dealing with

my symptoms started about 4 months ago.. at first I thought i could have contracted an std but now i dont think so...  I started getting pain under my testicles, then a lot of pain in my lower right quadrant ... I went to hospital worried about appendicitis.. this was ruled out and the doctor thought it could be a tendon strain... after this i developed more testicle pain and pain on both lower quadrants and into pelvis and hips...   went back to the doctor who checked my prostate and found that it was inflamed and painful.. he gave me a four week course of ciprofloxacin which im (500mg twice a day) which i am about to finish... the pain has not improved and I have developed new symptoms.. Im now getting all the same pain as before with the addition of the following

pain in penis like an uncomfortable feeling and slightly swollen at tip (meatus)

terrible intermittent pain in upper left quadrant just below and under the left rib cage (its worse when I cough)

occasional pain upper right quadrant

lower back pain

upper back pain near shoulders

joint pain in my fingers knees hips ankles toes elbows and shoulders (this pain is intermittent in intensity but very painful when it get bad)

the joints in my fingers are red especially the joints closest to my nails

extreme fatigue... really weak feeling for most of the day

shortness of breath... more so when sitting or lying down (i notice it more)

i've had mild chest pain and maybe what I would call flutters (my heart seems to skip a beat every few seconds) maybe this is normal.. i might have already had it but not sure

some bruising on arms near joints and on fingers.. doesnt look like normal bruising

bone pain (maybe muscle pain but feels like its in the bone) this seems worst in wrists and upper legs and shins

sort of scattered rash in legs.. on upper legs and calves..  is like tiny red dots that are raised.. and not itchy..

also been having headaches that come and go.. like localised stabby pain

does anyone have any idea? :(

Hi, the follow up was because they thought i had a pulled tendon...  My symptoms have since prigressed since i had that diagnosis... They took a bunch of bloods to test fot autoimmune disorders...  Where they took the blood my arm is now bruised really bad about the size of a fist... Fatigue is worse.. Bone and joint pain is worse...  Fingers still swollen.. Just dont feel good at all.. Any ideas?

Your initial post says nothing about a surgeon, but your reply to jemma116 indicates you have a follow up with the surgeon. What surgery did you undergo? Are your symptoms post surgery or what surgery will you be under going?

From your post you state "follow up" indicating you have had surgery and now are going in for a post surgery follow up. Seems like incomplete details to what you are asking.

You should get straight back to see your doctor for further investigation.

You still may have an infection in your body, or have an autoimmune disorder, like Rheumatoid Arthritis (there are a few different ones).   A blood test would be able to give the doctor some answers.

The rash may be part of the infection in your body or a reaction to medications.

Make an appointment as soon as you can, so that you can have further investigations carried out and get the correct course of treatment.

Best wishes.
