Testicular Cancer

My husband has had a lump inside one of his testicles for about ten years now. He says it doesn't cause him any pain and we have been able to have a child. Could it be a benign tumor? Also for about two years he was unable to climax during sex.

possible yes. tell him to go see a doctor. had the same thing. and just went and seen one today. told me it was just an increased blood flow in the testicle, nothing to worry about. to forget about it. made me feel 5000 pounds lighter.  id suggest he does the same. if hes shy about going to see a doctor. remind him that, that doctor has seen more of that area then he can ever imagine. and he doesnt care one bit. least of his worries. goodluck to him!

and also if it turns out to be cancer. testicular cancer caught early can have a 95-100% cure rate. and even at its worse stage. its a 85% cure rate. one of the highest out there. goodluck again to you both :)
