More symptoms

So I've been lifting weights & competing since 2009. My husband myself & 2 kids moved in with my parents summer of 2013 & that fall I had a breakdown because we were out of our  normal sorts. We didn't like living with other people. I was getting very moody, high anxiety & couldn't wait for our house to be done. What I noticed was my concentration & memory was horrible. I couldn't focus for nothing. So it's been a year ago today that my concentration, and focus are still way wayyyyy off. I can't remember often. That gets my husband and I into arguement so because I can't remember to do this or that. I'm also experiencing that I'm quite angry a lot & my moods last longer than normal as well as my nerves. I'm annoyed a lot. What's wrong? This concerns me? The not remembering, focus, concentration. This all has been going on for 1 solid year.is it just everyday busy life. Had a night sweat the other night. Soaked, running down my legs arms neck & back.

USCBeeMan, you said :" All your comments point to being stressed out." which, if it remains unresolved, leads to... Adrenal Fatigue!

To me it sounds like anxiety.  It's unreal what happens when you are stressed out.  All your comments point to being stressed out.

Doesn't seem like you have any quiet time in your life.  I suggest you see a doctor, explain what's going on and ask him/her if it's anxiety.  If it is, some meds may help for now and finding some inner peace will go a long way into bringing your life into order.

Do you go to church or pray?  Don't answer.........just saying.

You do not say how old you are.  This is important to know to establish whether a lot of your problem may be hormone related and may be due to you starting on the change of life which would explain the hot sweats and the mood swings.  Of course, other things need to be considered too.

Problems with memory may be due to anxiety and depression.  Other reasons for memory problems may be due to Vitamin B12 deficiency.

I think it is time now for you to make an appointment to see your doctor.  Make a list of all your symptoms.  The doctor will probably arrange for you to have some blood tests done to check your hormone levels and any Vitamin and mineral deficiencies.  Take a morning mid stream urine sample with you when you go to see your doctor so that he can do a quick dip stick test to check that everything is fine.  A urine check can show up other problems and not just urinary infections.

In the meantime, get some relaxation me time; do some breathing techniques to help you to relax - slowly breathe in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth when you start to feel angry.  Go for a walk, or have a relaxing warm bath with your favourite oils.

Make sure that you have a healthy and well balanced diet (which I am sure you do), and cut out or reduce all the sugar foods, junk foods, alcohol, processed foods.  Drink plenty of water (as you are sweating a lot, you will need to replace lost fluids) so that you do not become dehydrated.  Sweating a lot could be from you being on the change of life (depending on your age), or that your body is fighting an infection.

You may also find Evening Primrose oil helpful.

Keep a written record of your menstrual cycle and your moods swings and sweats to see if they are worse before your periods start (presuming that you still get them).  PMS (premenstrual symptoms) also sometimes referred to as PMT (premenstrual tension) can happen as long as 10 days before a period starts.  Keeping a diary will be able to help you and your doctor to see if these are connected to your monthly cycle and if they are hormonal.

Hope you find out exactly what the problem is so that you can get the appropriate treatment and help to start to feel better again.

Best wishes.
