This is a mystery to us but has anyone experienced similar symptoms?

I am very worried about my sister. She is 29 years old and just had her gallbladder removed a few weeks ago. Her appendix was removed a few months ago in May as well. For a long time many months before the surgeries, she has had trouble swallowing to where her food and drink won't go down and she chokes. She has also had bad pain on her left side, under her left rib along with nausea and vomiting. We thought her gallbladder was the issue but I talked to her earlier and she said that all of her symptoms are a lot worse now. I just don't know what to make of this. When they did the gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago, they looked inside her throat and stomach but did not find anything unusual. They did not take a biopsy either. I don't know what would cause her to have bad pain under her left rib and severe vomiting/nausea. Has anyone dealt with something similar?  Thanks

Does she have a high fatty diet?  If so, try giving up the fatty foods (even things like cheese- look at the labels, you would be amazed what has fat in it) and see if that helps- if it doesn't- keep going back to the doctor for more answers!
