my stomach is bloated all the time, bad cramps, low back pain, pelvis pain sometimes, i need to pee all the time! but i don't have a urine infection, periods are frequent and I don't have any bleeding in between them (but they hurt alot more than they should) and my liver and kidneys are fine too

Sorry to hear that your going through the same thing. Its taken over my life it's so annoying

I've been to see a gastrologist and they referred me to a gynecologist but I'm still waiting for my appointment

I've been told that it could be endometriosis, so maybe its the same for you?

Hi
i'm 29 with almost all the same symptoms for about 4 months now. My abdomen looks almost swollen. The bloating started first and for the past almost 2 months i now have cramping, low back pain. pelvic pain that sometimes moves into my groin. I'm having trouble getting diagnosed since i don't have insurance. Im beginning to worry that i will never get my stomach back and be able to wear tight clothes again, its very frustrating. let me know what you find out and hope you feel better

Hi,

At such a young age, if you are having such problems, then there’s definitely something amiss. I will suggest you to get a contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen to rule out the possibility of a partial obstruction of the intestine which can cause all these symptoms if IBS has already been ruled out.

Another possibility can be peptic ulcer disease. For the same, I’ll suggest an endoscopy of the upper GI tract.

If both the investigations are normal, then I don’t think there’s much to be worried about.

I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind Regards.
