Tingling, numbness, chest pain, anxiety and more

Hi everybody:

I'm one more sufferer of the same symptoms and was as scared as you all are right now.
The good news are, after 3 months of researching and medical screenings, I've got to the conclusion that there are important facts to take in account:

1.- Check your hormones balance, because unbalance makes you anxious with the characteristic symptoms like,: high bood pressure, palpitations, chest pain, skin rash, lack of sleep etc.

2.- Go to the Quiropractic cause the column could be in a bad shape pinching some nerves causing the numbness and tickling. Go out and jogg or just walk, but not in a trademill, you need the natural scene to get calm.

3.-  Watch your food, don't eat heavy meals late on the evening or just before bed; that worse acidity on your stomach with the consequential symptoms: heartburn, (chest pain) and lack of sleep.
Take multivitamins and expose yourself to the sun twice a week for half an hour. (using sunblocker of course)

4.- Try to sleep 8 hours per day, you're not wasting your time, you'll be reinforcing your immune system. The body needs to rest. Everything else can wait, even your job which only needs you for 8 hours. Don't push yourself too much !

5.- Do meditation or get a hobby, something you love to do, so you can think in something else and get rid of the fear.

I swear that if your labs were ok and still feel bad the above mentioned things will help.
Try to be happy; get rid of the bad things in yor life.  Eat healthy and love life !!!

Sincerely
Monikoko

I'm new here, so I'm not sure who asked the question, but I would suggest getting yourself tested for parasites. I had a lot of the same symptoms, and while Flukes aren't heard of much in Oklahoma, I had them and these or any parasites can cause a lot of problems including death.

If you are female have your overies checked for cancer.

I would also suggest having your heart checked for blockages.
