Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Excedrin may itself bring down the BP. So do not pop in any more pills. Drink fluids to raise your BP as this must be the cause of headache. It could also be acidity so take some antacid gel as well. If still no improvement, then consult a doctor immediately.
Hope this helps. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Do you have a history of migraines? If OTC medicine is not helping your pain you may need to go see your doctor to see if it is caused by migraines or something I hope you feel better
