Strange numbness and fatigue

It started with knee pain and now my knees, feet, legs, arms and hands are totally numb. It's so hard to walk or even sit up. But the numbness gets worse while sleeping. I've been tested for uric acid and RA, uric was normal and RA is negative. I don't know what it is but it is giving me panic. What should I do? Could it be some neurological problem? My energy is so low. The neurology forum isn't accepting new questions so had to post here.

Hello~Since  you have had some tests and they have been "normal" I suggest seeing a chiropractor. You could very well have some pinched nerves in your lower back, and, if this is the case, you will certainly experience numbness. The chiro will take some x-rays to determine where the problem lies and then do an adjustment, after a few treatments, if this is the case, your numbness should get remarkably better.
