Unexplainable symptoms need explanation and help

I have had extensive workup for nonspecific symptoms for the past 5 years.

In 2015, I had an attack of shortness of breath and a headache that seemed to relax after sever hours. I assumed it was a migraine. In 2017, I had the same symptom, and was evaluated at the er with nothing abnormal found. These "attacks" became more frequent, and developed into fast moving chest pain, shortness of breath, stomach pain and pressure headaches that would come and go very fast. There would be a few months of intense symptoms which would then reside.

In 2020, whole running on the treadmill, I felt lightheaded and had several months of what felt like orthostatic hypotension.

This largely resolved but then in 2021 I started having chronic knee pain. In Jan 2022 I developed frequent pvcs after feeling weak after a workout. In July I started developing weak calves and that quickly spread to whole body muscle pains. I also have a dry mouth very frequently.

The only positive test I have had were a slightly elevated glycoprotein and a positive ANA with an elevated u1-RNP. upon seeing a rheumatologist she declared that the positive ANA was not initiative of rheumatic disease with my symptoms. I do not have any elevated indicators of inflammation. I do have a high stress situation with a recent breakup and death of a close family member, but the symptoms I'm experiencing seem to be older than that. I have no clue what could be the problem and do nit know what to do.

It sounds anxiety related to me as the symptoms you are describing can certainly be due to that. Also, it could be fibromyalgia, has your GP done any tests for that? There are some tests online that you can take, they are in the form of questionnaires, and the more you check yes, the greater the chance of fibro.

I don't know. I have hashimotos as well since I was 22. I'm trying an auto immune diet but it really seems you're on your own with auto immune symotoms.
