Up against a wall

I have had problems with nausea and stomach pains for a long while. I have recently undergone two separate endoscopies and an endoscopic ultrasound. Several CT scans and blood tests to go along with a Gastrin level test. I have a kidney disease known as Membraneous Glomerunephritis (MGN) and underwent chemotherapy about 9 years ago and still have to see the doctor for this about every 6 months. At last visit, MGN was still in remission. I also have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and Coronary Heart Disease along with uncontrolled angina. My cholesterol level had maintained between 75 and 100 up till recently. It suddenly has shot up in less than 1 month to 275 with triglycerides at 575 at no change to my diet. My gastrin level came back at 3700 and my weight fluctuates about 20 to 30 lbs monthly while maintaining a diet of 900 to 1200 calories. A heart catherization was performed and showed numerous mictoarteries clogged to go along with the circumflex artery, The endoscopies displayed duodenum ulcers, mucous, acid reflux, approximately three days worth of food. I experience severe stomach pains and cramps on anything I eat or drink. At times I get severe diarrhea and then I may not be able to experience a bowel movement for three or four days and when it happens it is extremely hard and very light in color without noticing any blood in the stool. CT scans of the neck, head, chest, and abdomen had shown multiple pulmonary nodules and neck showing multiple nodular densities. Has anyone got any ideas.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have acid reflux, ulcers in duodenum and stomach, these can cause severe pain in abdomen and nausea. Possibility of H pylori infection, IBS, Crohn’s and food intolerance co-existing will need to be looked into. The ulcers and reflux will need to be treated with medication and life style management. Log in what you eat and see if a particular food type causes more problems than others.
Consult a gastroenterologist (you must be under one) to eliminate the other causes and manage the acidity and reflux.
Treatment is a combination of drugs to reduce the acid and lifestyle changes. You will need to take a combination of medications (under medical supervision) like a proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole, lansoprazole or pantoprazole empty stomach in the morning and an antacid gel after meals for complete relief. Life style changes that will help include: Avoid heavy meals and eat frequent small meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, smoking, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Avoid lying down for least 2 hours after food.
Maybe these tips will help you. If these tips do not help, then liver function test, pancreatic enzymes, and HIDA scan for gall bladder should also be done. Take care!

My biggest problem with all of this is whatever is ingested does not digest, I am unable to eat anything or drink anything including water without throwing up and any type of roughage does not digest nor does apple peels, fruits of any kind, or any of the medicines the doctors have me on.

sounds like the lining in your stomach has "MICROORGANISM TOXINS"

GINGER- Is very effective for motion, morning sickness, and induced nausea.

CATNIP- which stop intestinal cramping.
CHAMOMILE- which stops stomach spasms, and reduces nausea, and intestinal gas(even helps you sleep well)

APPLES- the pectin in the apple peels(apple peels only) is an anti diarrhea, it help stiffen your stool, you can also take fiber, that helps too.

BLACK BERRIES AND RASPBERRIES- THE ASTRINGENTS HELP ALSO TO STOP DIARRHEA, GARLIC ALSO KILLS THE BACTERIA, AND PARASITES THAT CAUSES DIARRHEA.

ANGINA-your heart is not getting enough oxygen. you could have narrowing of the coronary arteries which carries oxygen to your heart. you may have either high cholesterol, or plaque on your artery walls. when that happens your platelets clump together, and that is why you are feeling pressure, and heaviness in your chest area.

PINEAPPLES- has an anti inflammatory effects, stops the platelets from sticking together.
it breaks down the plaques to ease Angina.

L-CARNITINE- (What I take for my ANEMIA)increases the efficiency of oxygen that the heart muscle uses, and also lowers cholesterol, also reduces "ANGINA EPISODES"
STAY AWAY FROM "{TRYGLYCERIDES}" ( in some cases) for that at times causes "ANGINA"

GARLIC- excellent for the heart it helps the platelets from sticking together.

HAWTHORN- DILATES THE CORONARY ARTERIES, AND INCREASES BLOOD SUPPLY TO THE HEART.

GINGER-reduces "ANGINA" also lowers cholesterol, and helps the platelets from sticking together. "GINGER" works better taken on an empty stomach. you can eat about ten minutes after. also what I take for Anemia. it helps for when my iron is low.

FOR YOUR KIDNEYS- your kidney mechanisms might be overwhelmed.

WILD YAM- relaxes the urinary tubes, and help to clean toxins from the kidney, taken with water. I know when you drink, you feel nausea. just sip here and there not to much, too keep your kidneys at bay. do the best you can with drinking the fluids.DON'T WORRY IF YOU GET THE INGREDIENTS AND TAKE THEM REGULARLY, YOU WILL GET BETTER.

MARSHMALLOW- soothes irritated urinary tissues.
SLIPPERY ELM- the mucilage in slippery elm, heals the kidney tissues, helps the outer coating on the kidney to grow back.

ALOE VERA(PLANT/JUICE)- which cleans the bacteria and toxins, not only from the kidneys, but anything in the body, Aloe Vera, is good for every and anything, even cancer.

I know you are already taking cranberry, but I want you to get the real cranberry in powder form. not mixed or broken down with any thing. tou make it like your making kool-aid, with no sugar(yuuk) but its the best thing also for your kidneys.

go to an herbal store and get the ingredients.  don't take them all at once but you can take 3 today, 3 the next day, then 2 the next etc.  if you cant get to an herbal store, you can get them at gnc, or an health food store.

"GOOD LUUCK SWEETIE" keep me posted ok...
