Urethra bruising?

I know this question may not seem mature, but I really need help. I was having intercourse with my girlfriend last week, and we've been together for over a year now. We were having sex ( I am a male) and my head started to hurt a little bit. Foolishly I continued on, going aggressively as she had wanted, ignoring the pain. The pain had started from a dull ache to stabbing pains all the way down my urethra into my pelvis.
The day after it kind of hurt, and I thought nothing of it. The day after that it started to itch on the inside, so I assumed it was just healing. The third day, it started having white/clear discharge and itched like crazy. Fourth day, same thing, except for pure white discharge. Yesterday, the discharge decreased and so did the itch. Today, there was only a miniscule amount of discharge and no itch so far.
What could this be? Could I have scratched or bruised the inside of my penis?

I would like to rule out STD's, for I have no insurance and would no way be able to afford procedures or medicine, and I have faith in my woman that she is not sleeping around.

It could also be a urinary tract infection.  You could go to a clinic such as Planned Parenthood.

Well, the symptoms have nearly completely cleared up. Should I still go to the doctors? Again I don't have insurance, and it'd be burning alot of money for these tests and if/even a cure.

If it is an std, is there any other way then getting one without my partner having fooled around?

Hi,

To me it appears like urethritis which is secondary to an STD. There are two possibilities. Either it’s gonorrhea or Non gonococcal urethritis which is usually caused by Chlamydia. You need to see a physician as you’ll need an examination of the discharge for the diagnosis and treatment.

I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted.

Best Regards.
