Vaginal Problems, Now Spreading All Over

Approx. a week ago, my vaginal area started hurting - really, really bad.  I got a mirror and checked things out.  I could see small red bumps and a 'slit' at the very top of my clitoris.  I had my hubby pull out a magnifying glass and a flash light.  He about freaked!  He said there were tiny 'slit's in many places outside the vagina and many rash-type sores on my right inner thigh.  When I pee, it hurts sooo bad.  Apparently there is a small sore right inside the lips of my vagina entrance and every time I pee, it hits it and sends me thru the roof.

I do not wear underwear the majority of the time.  Actually, I'm retired and usually sit around without any pants on.  Commando.

I had some left over antibiotics from my dentist and started taking them.  I felt some relief after 2 days.  My vagina area seems to be getting a 'little' better although still far from cured.  The slit at the top is still there and my hubby says it oozes yellow stuff.  It is so sore I can barely touch it.

Now fast forward to today - the vagina area is getting a tad better, but now I'm getting small rashes on my legs, my arms and back of my hands.  The bumps/rashes have also extended to the other inner upper thigh area on both legs.

When this all started, I also had a sore throat for approx. 5 days - now it is gone. I'm guessing the antibiotics took care of that.

I am hoping someone can tell me what they believe might be going on with me!  I've never had any type of sores or anything in or around my vagina.  I am 59 yrs old.  Please - someone help!  Oh, some of the rashes itch like crazy.

My hubby & I have been married 35+ yrs and both of us have been faithful, so I am assuming it cannot be any type of STD.

Sounds to me that you may suffer from a yeast overgrowth.
Taking anti-biotics can make this condition better temporarily but it usually make things worse.
You need to see a doctor and get put on an anti-fungal medication like flueconazol or nyastatin.
Your bodies bacteria is out of balance. Your vaginal bacteria is out of balance that is why you got those spits in your vagina. Look up candida yeast infection. You will not always see a vaginal discharge with this condition. Sometimes you only get the sores like you have.
Going on a strict low carb diet no sugar will help your body get back in balance. Also add a probiotic to your daily routine.

Not wearing underwear exposes your sensitive areas to all sorts of dirt, grime, an bacteria that can upset the natural balance there.  It is not wise to take leftover antibiotics or take them without following the instructions; it may not be the right antibiotic and/or you may not be getting the full dose you need to fully rid your system of the ailment.

It sounds like the rash is spreading, which is never a good indicator and should be addressed by a physician in the context of other symptoms, conditions, and daily habits.

Do you shave in that area? Could there be something causing friction, including rough "activities?"

Please do consult a physician or other medical professional suitable to evaluate and diagnose your symptoms.  Do not rely solely on the internet to diagnose and treat a condition that you may or may not have; look to reputable sources of information, factual and anecdotal.  Schedule the soonest available appointment.  Consult a hotline or find a reliable web source that can provide indicators of seriousness and urgency; a reputable source will guide you to the best course of action, be it making an appointment w/your physician, going to the ER if it is serious enough, and what you can do to manage the symptoms until you are able to be seen.
