Hello,
Stress and anxiety may be the triggering factor for migraines and extreme sleepiness. It is more common in overweight individuals and hypothyroidism also.Other possibilities may include diabetes, adrenal insufficiency and hypothalamus dysfunctions.
Sore throat may be acused by pharyngitis(viral, bacterial),air borne allergies and persistent sinusitis.
For a confirmatory diagnosis, thorough investigations including blood sugar levels, thyroid profile and CT head may be needed to rule out these conditions. An evaluation by a physician will be the best.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing
Did you look into Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or have bloodwork done for the Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV)?
The migraines may be a problem in and of themselves, while the drowsiness, sore throat, and low temperature could be the result of another problem--like transient thyroiditis. How long have these symptoms been ongoing? Have you seen a doctor yet? What bloodwork/test have been done thus far?
