I have vertigo, mine is rocking back and forth, not spinning. This has given me tightness in my neck. I have been going to a chiropractic doctor and it has been the only help I have found. Try it, it helped my neck pain and has taken 70% of my vertigo away.
Hello,
First and foremost, regular estimation of blood sugar is important as hypoglycemia can lead to vertigo. Also get your blood pressure monitored as orthostatic hypotension due to sudden decrease in systolic BP can also cause vertigo.
Ear infections and other causes like BPPV(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), Meniere’s disease or inner ear diseases can lead to vertigo. If there is any ear pain or tinnitus along with then it may be the possibility.Pls get yourself evaluated for that.
Do you have any pain in the neck?Sometimes cervical spodolysis, carotid sinus syndrome and vertenrobasilar insufficiency can also cause vertigo.Other causes may be TIA or impending stroke.
I feel that a physician’s and ENT surgeon’s consultation will be the best.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
