Vomiting, shaking, nausea, headache

I am a 20 year old male who has been having for the past 2 years random episodes at least once a month where I start to get an extremely painful headache followed by nausea then begin to have bad diarrhea  followed by puking and uncontrollable shaking it goes on for hours. Motrin tones down the headaches but the puking and diarrhea will remain for a short while after

Hello~When these episodes occur, have you eaten anything unusual that you don't normally eat on a regular basis? You may be having a reaction to the foods you are eating if this is the case. Food allergies can cause the symptoms you are having.

If you haven't seen your GP about this, I highly recommend that you do, he/she may want to do an upper and lower GI to see what is going on.
