U should be alright... I had pains on both of my lungs. Shortness of breath..sometimes I will be like something will be pokin me around my body wit a knife. Went I will take a deep breath it will hurt..I never took treatment it took a long time to heal by itself..it should be an infection..i had pneumonia once and I survived..it was the nasty short pain breath..

I am not a doctor or nurse, I was a certified nursing assistant. I did have a small time in RN school with all that being said I probably think the anxiety attacks are because your stressed and worried about what these shadows are and you should try to relax because until you know what's going on for sure worrying about it isn't doing you any good, in fact, just the opposite & even when you find out what it is worrying doesn't do you any good then either. You might find you're worrying over nothing. As far as the shadows on the x-ray it could be anything from bronchitis to pleurisy to quite a few other things so try not to think the worst. Did you have a CT scan or an MRI? Those can tell you so much more. And try to keep your spirits up too because that helps more than you know. It actually helps your body heal.
