Wanna Help diagnose a possibleshoulder injury?

Long post but would really really appreciate any advice or theories. Please read

Background: Up until 2 1/2 months ago I was very active. I would lift regularly (4-6 times a week) and practice martial arts (4 times a week). This was done usually back to back. I've had bursitis in the past. I've had a torn labrum tear four years ago, which I went through surgery and pt no problems. Wrestled and lifted afterwords.

Recently: after minimal rest from working out shoulder felt weak and dull pain. Took a week off , then started back normal routine. After a heavy shoulder workout the next day was extremely painful (8). The next 3 weeks following were filled with normal day movements that were painful to do (driving, raising arm eye level, behind the back, popping in shoulder.) Next pain started to die down. Some days felt painful, others weak. Occasional intense pain felt on the rear delt area when reaching or walking ( 3xweek). pain started to die down but weakness was still there. I was taking 3 200mg of antimflamtory meds during all of this too. Went to orthopedic doc recived a cortisone shot. Symptoms died down to a dull ache and occasional weakness/soreness started doing pt.
After symptoms have remained the same 3 weeks after that date I got an MRI. Doctor said it was inconclusive about indicating a labrum tear he gave me another shot this time to the joint not bursa.

Now: dull pain (3) everywhere from collarbone to rear shoulder blade to top of the delt. Arm feels sore when doing activities like driving or bending elbow from short periods of time. Feels almost like lactic acid buildup kinda weird. No feeling of weakness anymore. Popping in the shoulder but no catching. Inconsistent pain. It'll hurt for a little bit then stop as will the feeling of lactic acid buildup. Soooo any theory of what's going on? Possible shoulder tear? Shoulder impingement? Bad posture? A mix?
