Weightloss,headaches,chest pain,light headeness,lower abdminal pain,tingling throughout the body,

I am 27 yrs of age and for the past 4 almost 5 months I have been experiencing weightloss (which I can not afford to loss as is),headaches, chest pain, light headeness, lower abdminal pain and, tingling throughout the body. These symptoms seem to be getting progressively worse. When I get the chest pain,it begains with a headache, followed by a strange body type like rush, light headeness, and the feeling like I am having a hard time breathing. When most of those symptoms disappear I feel the need to take a bowl movement. But the chest pain does not seem to go away.It is more or less continuous.I have had many, many blood test,a CT scan and a couple of ultrasound done but have found that all seems to be normal aside from my CT scan, which just showed that I have a kidney stone, a hemagoma on my liver and a collapsed ovarin cyct. All of which have been determined not be the cause of my symptoms. And I think my doctor is starting to give up. I know this is not in my head! Help, I am starting to freak out.

The only way to determine SIBO is through a fruitose breath test.It is a 3 hr test but is so worth the time. Also because it took so long to diagnose I now have fruitose malnutrition. After taking 2 rounds of medicaton. And a very stricked diet.Alot of the symptums began to disappear. But now I am starting to get some of the symptums back. From what I read this is not uncommon. I hope you out come turns out better then mine. Keep me updated ,maybe there is something that I missed. We can possible help each other get though this. I just keep telling myself that there is hope.

Also I have had a colonoscopy (upper and lower GI)! Do you think they would have found this when they performed that test???

Wow these are my exact symptoms and as I sit at my desk today I'm still feeling these same things.  I just as you have been taking numerous tests and seeing numerous docs and the only thing I have been told so far is low vitaman d (8) and ovarian cysts (beningn).  Which like you stated shouldn't be causing all these problems.  I will look into that test, but I am so glad to know that there is hope in finding what is wrong because I was beginning to wonder.  If I may ask, how long did it take you to actually figure this out and what was your process??

I was just diagnosed with SIBI -small intestine bacteria infection, and will have to go on a fruitose free diet for 30 days and take some medication  for a week.My dr. diagnose it though a hydrogen breath test.If you are having simular symptoms I would talk to your dr. about SIBI as a possibility. This was not something that my dr's were able to find easily. It was just by chance a assistent had recommended I take the HBT(hydrogen breath test).I could not be more greatfull to her for it either.

I am not worried about the kidney stone, the ovarian cyct or my liver.Kidney stone is not moving and the cyct is fine my liver apparently was like that when I was born, not a issue. It is the other symptoms that I am worried about.

relax kidney stone will pass as for the other two might need surgery because an ovarian cyst can be fatal if burst id go get a cat scan done again and then get in there face and be like whats my problem
