Went to the doctors, but....

I went there because I felt weird, not myself, always tired, hungry but not hungry/not in the mood, difficulty breathing, heart feeling weird and fluttery at times, fatigue, and an overall sickish feeling (check out my other questions with more details, about my arm, being healthy, etc).  I forgot to mention that I get irritated simply to him.  I was un anxiety earlier from going to the doctor, which made me feel tired, weird, a bit out of breath, etc.  Do I came home and took a nap.
Anyway, I did have blood testing done.
Right now, I don't feel the best, sickish, tired, hungry but not in the mood to eat, breathing a bit.

Before I left, he said to stay I hydrated, eat something even if I'm not hungry, try to get back on a sleeping schedule (now I usually don't sleep until 9-10 am until 7-9 pm), and then did the blood work to cover that base.  I'm not sure if he took my symptoms into concern alot, but I'm not sure.

It makes me anxious because he said they were generalized symptoms, but I'm not sure if doing what he advises is going to help, since it's broad and stuff.  Hopefully he's right, but I thought he'd focus a bit in my chest and whatnot, and maybe have the area scanned or something, I don't know.  At least my arm is doing good.

Any words of advice?  Thank you.

What were your symptoms?  What exactly happened?  I haven't noticed any bite marks resembling that.  Most of the marks, if not all (I'm not completely sure), were spider bites, I believe.  I itched them a few times, but other than that, I believe that they are now all healed over, if not close to being completely healed.  I'm not sure how long after, but one day I had a cigarette, after I had my arm checked I had a few, and the cigarette made me feel sick and difficulty breathing and a bit nauseous.  I started feeling healthier and stronger shortly (30-40 minutes maybe.  Give or take.), and felt better.  The next day we went to eat with my grandma, and I felt really tired and out of it that day, and had coffee (which really didn't work then), and I felt really nauseous before the food came that I couldn't even eat the salad.  We came home, I slept.  The next day, my girlfriend came over, I tried eating, and I got used to it and my nausea went away.  She spent the weekend at my house, and I generally felt better, until she left that Sunday, and that Monday is when I felt sick again, which kept going to worse days to better days, etc.  Also that Friday, my mother got sick, which only really lasted a day or two.  Maybe three to feel better better, but her nausea only lasted until she ate something.  Anyway, this was a few weeks ago.  Now I have some difficulty breathing at times, feeling tired, hungry but not hungry, sometimes feeling irritated, a surreal/weird feeling, anxiety, a mild, but annoying, headache, my eyes feeling weird, sometimes a mild unpleasant feeling near my eyes when I look around, shortness of breath/tired when standing often, but not all of the time.  I don't believe there's any swelling near my ankles, even though my feet do feel cold most mornings when I go to sleep, my mind is cloudy sometimes, time seems to go by quickly sometimes, and I'm usually laying in bed on my phone, and sometimes other things that I can't put my finger on right now.  My bathroom usage seems to be fine, even though my urine has bubbles in it, and it was more so before than now.  My bathroom usage is a bit more normal than it was before all of this happened.  Also, usually when I get sick, it lasts 1-3 days and that's it.  I hope that I feel stronger and healthy again soon.

Any more advice and/or information would be awesome by anyone.  Thank you.

Hi, I hope you are doing relatively okay. I was just up searching because I've been having trouble breathing. Anyway, I just wanted to pass along some information. Hopefully, you do not have Lyme Disease. That being said, you should know that 9 out of ten tests come back negative even in people who have this disease. And yes, often there is a red rash after a tick bite, but in some cases it is either hidden, or symptoms do not present themselves until long after the initial bite. It can be months, or in some cases longer. In my case I was diagnosed at eighteen a few months after I had a rash and treated. However, years later I began having many symptoms that were generalized and none of the doctors had answers. Eventually I came to realize most were Lyme Symptoms, so I asked to be tested. Two different tests came back negative. Anyhow, not the point. You likely don't necessarily have it; with only a few symptoms. However, if your doctor does not find an answer for your ailments, keep Lyme in the back of your head and know that it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get an accurate test, no matter what your MD tells you. Prayerfully it is not, because if left undiagnosed and untreated, the symptoms will almost undoubtedly expand into even more issues. Good Luck. Oh and just make sure to be very pro active and assertive with your health care providers. I failed to do so (not that it would have maybe made a difference), and just wound up sicker and taking a lot of medications to mask the symptoms-not get to the root of the problem.

Sorry, I have tried to fiend your question, but am not able to.  I have tried to log in using your account name, but that needs a name and password.

I do not have the time to search as I need to pack and get ready to go in the morning.

It is a good thing that the doctor has at least taken blood tests to check things out, albeit you do not know all of the tests that he is doing.

As you mention diabetes, and the doctor did tell you to eat whether you feel hungry or not, one of the blood tests may be to check you out for diabetes.

With regard to the Lyme disease, do you remember every having been stung by a tic?  If it was an infected tic, you would have probably noticed a round red mark like a dart board.

The mild pectus excavatum may cause you no problem.  If it does cause you problems with pressure on your lungs, you will need to discuss this with your doctor.  It is normally corrected by an operation.  There is information on the web with regard to the procedure.  If you do not have any problems there is no need for any operation.

At this moment in time, try to follow the advice I gave you with regard eating and drinking.  Try and get an good routine of going earlier to bed and getting up.  Have a nap mid day if you can't manage without one.

Take things easy and try and relax.
Once you get the results of your blood tests back you will be able to discuss the results with your doctor.  Depending on what the results are, you doctor will then be able to decide if you need any particular medication and no doubt will prescribe if it is required.

Hope you get on OK,
I shall have no access to a computer where I am going and will be back in 10 days.

Best wishes.

He has mentioned that it kind of sounds like Lyme, and that he was going blood test me.  They took three vials, though; two larger than the third

The account is Anarchist Rebel.

On the most recent question, diabetes was mentioned.

I may also mention that I have OCD and a " mildish" pectus excavatum, if I haven't before.

Thanks for your reply.  I appreciate it.  I do hope that you reply back.  Have a nice day.

That is good that your arm is getting better.

Glad that you did manage to get to see the doctor and I agree with you that he should have listened to your heart and lungs.

If you do not know what the blood tests are for, you can always ring the surgery and ask them what you are being tested for.  I should imagine one of the blood tests will be for iron deficiency.  Iron deficiency does cause for you to feel tired and hungry for oxygen.

Did the doctor say when you will get  your results and told you to make a follow-up appointment to discuss the blood results?

Feeling anxious and stressed to go and see the doctor can cause you to feel more unwell.  Take things easy.

Regardless whether you feel hungry or not, try and have something healthy to eat.  A boiled or scrambled egg (or how you like it), some yogurt.  Brown toast with peanut butter, or whatever you like on it; any piece of fruit, some nuts like almonds or Brazil.   Keep off biscuits, cakes, sugary foods, processed foods and fizzy pops and alcohol.

Have something healthy to eat every 2 or 3 hours.

Make sure that you have your fluid intake.  Water is best, diluted juices, soups.
