constant unsteadiness and dizziness

Hey guys, for as long as I could remember I has had this feeling of unsteady or like I'm in a moving vehicle eventhough I'm not, sometimes I feel like its spinning or shaking not quite like a vertigo though, it is not that bad but since its constant it really is annoying, previously laying in bed helps but now I can sometimes feel like that even when laying in bed (Basically it gets worst by time). can anybody help? ask further question if the details aren't clear enough

Hey RandyAR, you should look into Benign Positional Paroxysmal  Vertigo ( BPPV).
You could have a mild variant of BPPV, which is a condition where calcium crystals in the inner ear (they help
with balance and motion sensing and are regulated by vitamin D).are displaced.
This condition gets progressively worse as the the suspected deficiency remains unaddressed.
So I suggest:

1.Have you vitamin D levels checked and if not high, take supplemental D3
Normal levels or low levels may be inadequate, if you have any form of vitamin D resistance (obesity, low fat intake or low fat absorption, high cortisol, low cholesterol,
vitamin D receptor polymorphism )

2. Do take Vitamin K2, vit. A and Magnesium along with
vitamin D3, in addition to taking it with a meal containing healthy fats.
Therapeutic dose would be 5000-1000 IU daily.
There's usually no Vit.D toxicity issue, if taken as suggested above.

It might take quite some time to show results so please exercise patience.

Personally, I would just do a trial of Vitamin D3  starting immediately (along with all the other synergistic supplements) before waiting for any tests.

I hope this helps, however, my comments are intended only for information purposes and not as a substitute for
medical advice.

Best wishes,
Niko

Hello~I am so sorry you are having these miserable symptoms. I have had those exact feelings myself. For me, chiropractic adjustments helped a great deal, my neck vertebrae were out of alignment, thus causing the dizziness and feelings like I was on a rocking boat.

Along with the adjustments, I recommend taking a good, high potency B complex vitamin, this contains Vitamin B6 which is great for helping the giddiness, etc. They also help to strengthen the adrenal glands, which can be culprits in causing the weird dizzy sensations.

I hope you feel better soon. God bless you.

Hey thanks for the tips, I went to a chiropractor a while ago for a checkup but they said nothing is off. I'll try the B complex vitamin though.
