Hello, I have recurrent mild outer ear pain

I have recurrent outer ear pain just at the start of ear canal, it started 4 months ago, skin around ear canal might have slight redness, but that's about it. It's more annoying then painful, it lasts between 3 to 48 hours and than goes away, but reapers after 3 to 7 days.
I'm male 27 years old, without any other health issues.
