What is the cause of vibration (internal) throughout my body and other symptoms?
The symptoms:
For 6 months I have had internal vibration throughout my body, with four of those months including generalised pain (not muscular or joint) and generalised moderate swelling.
My neck and head at times feel under significant pressure which makes it uncomfortable to lie down and makes sleep impossible (hence have very little).
Other info:
I have a +anti nuclear antibody test but rheumatology is negative.
GP has said "don't know, nothing I can do".
I have been on a self imposed, strict autoimmune protocol diet for three months now and increased my intake of pre and probiotics, added magnesium, cold liver oil, Dr Wilson's Adrenal Rebuilder, and am also taking phosphatidylserine to help reduce cortisol levels.
Was diagnosed coeliac 11 years ago.
Have chronic stress - I am married to a narcissist (after years of his disturbing behaviour, two counsellors have advised I need to get out of the relationship (they have both seen him separately).
If anyone has any ideas as to what the vibration etc is I would appreciate your input. Thank you.
