So many symptoms do they relate???

Ok well I have qite a few things that have happend in the last year

last summer I had woken up and calledy dad at 7 so at 8 when I took the phone down stairs I stood ip to fast and my legs started shaking for like 30 seconds to a minute. I had no control over my body though I was completly aware of everything going on.
Then a few days later I had been standing for about five minets doing dishes after dinner but I started feeling light headed as if I stood up to fast.
Then a few or more months ago I stood up to fast when my mum called me and I once again had no control over my body. I fell to my knees I think my body did this cuz otherwise I would of. Fallen down the stairs.

Befor the first insadent I would get the light headedness everytime I stood up. But it doesent happen as often though more often now the a couple months ago. When I feel light headed somtimes it feel almost as of somthing is compressing the front of my head. And I often see black and stars when I sand up. Though last week when I stood up only knees the top, a little bit of the left and the right side of my vision went white. Almost likeable box shape.

Then a couple months ago when I was at a swim meat I got this pulsing pain in my neck. At some points I wasent able to turn my neck or even move. Then it started moving up into my head. When it got to my head it left my neck. It dident hurt when I was in the water and completly stoped when I put ice on it

for the past year I have also been getting alot of shivers up my neck forcing me to jolt my neck back. I do tuis so much that everytime it happens the back of my neck cracks. This usto happen dayly but hasent for the past fee weeks.

Alot of the time when I crack my neck I feel it all the way down to just below my elbow on my oppisit arm of the side that's being cracked.

My hands are also forever falling asleep and I'm forced to put them perfectly strait for 30 seconds to a minute. It's always. The side of my hand with my pinki

and for the past few months I have had a huge craving for brown glass beer bottles. Not the beer just the bottle I don't drink and never have don't plan on it till I'm of age I'm 16 right now. I want to feel the glass crush under my teeth. Though I k ow that I won't do that cuz it's dangorous.

Oh and I'm ADD and my medecation does say may couse dizzyness but when my legs shook I had forgotten to take them for a week or 2 so they wouldent of been in my system???

So do you know what's going on and of any of these are connected

The leg shaking happend the morning after my mum and stepdad went on taxation I may have been worried do think that connects???

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you had been off medication for a week, then the legs probably shook because of withdrawal symptoms. The other possibility is postural hypotension because almost always a change is position brought this. The blood pressure falls when you stand and causes all the symptoms that you are suffering. Dehydration, certain medications, heart problems, untreated diabetes, and nervous system disorders can all cause this. TIAs or transient ischemic attacks can also be the cause. Certain internal ear problems can also affect blood pressure monitoring by the body by not properly signaling a change in position. Blood pressure monitoring, tilt table test, EKG, heart echo, ambulatory blood pressure recording are all required.
What you suffer from could probably also be a vasovagal syncope or a vasovagal attack. The complex group of symptoms are mediated by the vagus nerve. This nerve is irritated by prolonged standing, standing up suddenly, stress, pain, hunger, dehydration, intense emotion etc.  A tilt table test, holter monitor, echocardiogram etc are done for confirmed diagnosis.
It could also be compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, herniated disc, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. A MRI of the cervical spine and nerve conduction studies may be required.
I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
