This lifestyle will only end up with more acidity and loss of appetite. Keep some healthy snacks at home which you can take at night before bed. Also take some fruits and snacks to work place and take a five min break in between.
Consult a doctor for acidity control. Take probiotics. Eat at regular intervals of 3-4 hours. Take care!
If your health is fine, then another option you can try is to bring a heavy calorie protein drink with you to work. I know when I was very ill at one point in my life, I got dangerously thin and had to drink those ensures. I was not able to eat much but I could handle those. Just some ideas.
Hi! I suggest you to eat healthy and enough in the morning while you are not working, you should also try to carry food (or some snacks) with you when you go to work, and try to eat something in the evening when you come home because you are loosing weight most likely because you don´t eat much, and your job sounds stressful so you burn more calories than you are eating.And I understand if sometimes you don´t feel hungry when you have so much work to do but you should try to eat more than you have eaten lately, and eat something healthy and if you don´t feel improvement, you should contact your doctor. By the way, how is your stool? Is it regular (how often)? Have you seen any changes like mucus or blood, or any change in color? Do you feel pain? Have you noticed any changes in general (except for loosing weight and having no appetite)? In what time period have you lost 20lbs (I mean is it in a month, week or year )?
