Why am I feeling slightly dizzy most of The time?

So lately, I've been experiencing some slight dizziness. A couple nights ago, I woke up around 3:30 AM, tried to go back to sleep, but then right as I was about to fall asleep a sudden wave of dizziness hit me. I fell back asleep around 6AM.
Now since that happened, I've been feeling slightly dizzy, especially if I try to take a nap anywhere and fall asleep on my right side. I am only 17, I don't sleep and eat very well (6hrs/night with my days filled with eating McDonald's or not eating at all), I am moderately active, and I'm short and have some chub. I really don't know what's wrong with me, but I just kind of want to sleep normally without The dizziness.
