Why am i shaking?

I am sixteen and i generally eat healthily and keep pretty active. I find that after i eat, especially food with high calories, i start to shake a lot about an hour or two afterwards. The shaking is mainly on the inside of me but it shows most on my hands and i can feel it more when i am leaning on my elbows or something like that. It ssort of feels like i have had a lot of caffeine. However when i do drink coffee i find that it doesn't have a strong effect on me compared to most people, so i dont think that can be anything to do with it. I have never had my blood tested or anything like that
