Pain near bottom of spinal cord

My gf has a really bad pain near the bottom of her spinal cord, just a little inside the top of her butt crack.  It's fine when she's standing, walking, laying down, but when she's sitting it bad.  It's absolutely horrible when getting out of a chair or sliding out of the car.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I'm not a dr. but it sounds like pressure is being put on her spine. I would recommend going to an Orthapedic dr. X-rays or MRI will probably need to be done to diagnose the problem. In the meantime I'm sure ice would help relieve the pain. I have slipped vertabrae and DDD in my spine, so I understand the pain. Good luck.
