I think you missed most my points!
What "kind" of vitamin B are you taking?
Folic acid supplementation may be doing you more harm than good and the same for cyanocobalamin (B12).
(Personally I would never take folic acid and cyanocobalamin.)
If you need details, let me know.
Did you have a CSF Homocysteine test to verify your levels of the neurological types of folate and B12 as I mentioned before?
Did you get tested for Free T3, Free T4 AND Reverse T3 for thyroid?
These tests indicate thyroid function, not just serum levels.
90% of hypothyroid patients have normal serum thyroid hormones
and their thyroid gland is functioning well.
What most doctors miss is "Thyroid Resistance", which is parallel to diabetes 2- insulin resistance.
Serum Magnesium levels are not significant, you need tissue levels checked.
About 99% of magnesium is in the tissues and the remaining 1% in the blood is well regulated. Do not assume that because your blood magnesium levels are fine, all is good!
--Blood Test for Candida-
which is not tested by most doctors, easy to miss, but difficult to diagnose!
An Anti-Candida Antibodies, or Candida Immune Complexes test. There are 3 antibodies that should be tested to measure your immune system’s response to Candida – IgG, IgA, and IgM. High levels of these antibodies indicate that an overgrowth of Candida is present. This is the most reliable test for Candidiasis that you can find.
On your own you can do the "Spit Test for Candida", just do a search for it and repeat a few times. Simple and fast, however, it's not a diagnostic test. It's more like a self-screening test.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D Council's suggested range is 40 ng/mL to 80 ng/mL with a target of 50. If your levels are below 40, you may want to consider upping your D3 intake.

I have the same symptom and many more. I have had all the blood tests out there. They never find anything wrong. So they blame it all on anxiety. Thanks for responding. Good Luck to you also.
Thank you for responding. Thank you for the info. I had everything checked, blood tests for everything you can imagine. Everything negative. I do take vitamin B and folic acid. I am pretty much at my wits end. Thanks again.
I'm not sure if this helps, but I've struggled with anxiety for 7 years now and when I get anxious about something, even subconsciously, I get this internal shaking and my brain will get foggy for a while. It's like the inside of my body is freezing and trembling, even my teeth chatter... But I'm not actually cold.
You need to rule out certain deficiencies like B12 ( sometimes neurological
B12 called methylocobalamin is low and it does not show on standard MMA tests-same for neurological folate called 5-methyltetrahydrofolate) D3 and tissue Magnesium (not serum which is tightly regulated).
Also you need to rule out any thyroid issues as well as Candida.
If you need any details, let me know.
Best,
Niko
