blacking out and other symptoms

Can any tell me if any of these symptoms add up to anything? I know that they are all random and fairly unrelated but those small symptoms are the ones that add up to something major.I am a 20 year old female that is very active i workout around 3 times a week. For years i have been blacking out when i stand up out of bed or stand up to quickly and never thought anything of it because alot of my friends say they have this happen as well so I thought that it may be normal, but the other day I had been awake and slowly got up (not jumping up quickly) and by the time i got from my bed to my door I blacked out but this time for a little bit longer than normal (a few seconds) and then my arms and legs were kind of numb and it took me a minute to be able to move them. this scared my parents so i took my blood sugar before i had even eaten breakfast and it was 73 which is normal for fasting. I have also had a few chest pains randomly and not very often they dont last very long either, but my brother has a major heart problem (bicuspid aortic valve) and the dr had heard something irregular with my heart beat when i was younger so I did go to the cardiologist and he said that it was nothing to worry about. I also had a major headache in the right side of my head right behind my eye and im not usually one that has headaches especially not one as painful as this. This is probably unrelated but i have also had a rash underneath my right boob that keeps coming and going. can someone please help me with this and tell me why i am blacking out like that??
Thanks!!!
Jennifer

The guy above me is right.
Maybe when you were younger, the cardiologists were right and an irregularity in the heart didn't matter much. Obviously it does now. Go to another one. Your low blood pressure would be fixed by sodium but damage you more than it would help under this theory.
The emergency room is a bit of fearmongering; just go back to Cardiology.

Do not increase the amount of sodium in your diet without consulting your physician.

If you smoke stop smoking. If you dont breath properly (you workout so i hope you do), start.  Do not make sudden movements especially if you've been still for a while. I have blacked outc several times due to dehydration, lack of oxygen to my brain (holding smoke in to long)(not breathing properly). I went to emergency room the doctor told me nothing was wrong as well. I hope the solutions i provided are right. I also have this reappearing "rash like" thing on my back. My doctor recommended some creams but nothing prevented them from eventually reappearing. Sometimes I even get wierd needle like scratches in random place when im sleep so.... Weird things happen and sometimes we just dont know why.

You require an evaluation at an emergency room.

I can make a good guess at what is wrong with you but I am not going to do that. You clearly have postural hypotension, and the solution is probably simple (but it might not be).

If you continue with the absurd irrational decision not to see professional medical help you have a significant probability of ending up dead. You know. With arterial embalming fluid in your veins and everybody in the family that wears your size clothing divying up your good clothes and jewelry.

Any loss of consciousness requires an immediate in-person professional evaluation by an M.D.

You may have a more serious issue. If your blood flow isn't where it should be you may be having issues with blood pressure. That can cause black outs, tingling limbs and chest pain.  I would go to the doc and tell them what is happening to you.
